Complicated process, makes the situation your dealing with harder when it's often already difficult. Has not been very reliable or communicated well in past experiences.
The person I talked to was not willing to help. Kept repeating I needed to call the 1888 number After I told her I tried calling and no one would answer she then told me that the number was have issues. Why not say that from the start
They never got back with me , I was forced out of my home without eviction notice. I have children and my landlord literally cut my pipes leaving me with no water
