Receptionist Elsa is absolutely disrespectful & has a disgusting attitude. Ask me why I was venting on the phone when I was just stating I was returning calls to my attorney & was told I would receive contact by the end of the week the previous week. She snapped at me that I had 2 options. Make an appointment or get sent to voicemail. When I asked her name she spelled it out to me & talked super slow, but loud & assertive like I was a child. I said I would just call back later & she sent me straight to voicemail before I got to finish my sentence. I see many bad reviews about her too.

My attorney is the best one I have had experience with. I would suggest Colin Murphy from Southern Oregon Public Defender's office to anyone seeking legal advice.

Today I had the worst experience I have ever encountered while speaking to a representative from your office. I believe her name was Elsa.. She would not let me talk, she talked over me trying to explain a situation and was extremely rude. I was astonish that she was still employed by a public office and allowed to speak to people in such a way.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly.The room was clean and cozy.The pillows were a little hard for my liking but overall I was very pleased with my stay here.(This post is for the Riverside Inn located in Grants Pass Oregon.Been trying to change the location and I'm not able to.)

Greta Lilly seems like a good straightforward young woman that wants to do people good, my son has her as his attorney and hope everything turns out well, we will soon see how much of a fighter she is but I'm guessing she'll do pretty good. well Greta pretty much screwed my son in his case, she caved in to DHS and doomed my son, she's not the fighter i thought she would be. She's limited by the system And not the fighter I thought she would be. But she does try.
