I am sad to see such reviews. This amazing place helps me with kindness, patients, understanding and the best care- EVERY TIME I need them. For 20 years if something is wrong with my medical assistance, housing issues, social security disability- all of it. They fix it and fast. I was trying to let this go, but I can’t. I asked for legal consolation due to something not seeming right with a PROJECT BASED PROPERTY trying to get more money from me that I don’t have thus why I live in subsidy. The attorney that was consulting me not only sound like he just woke up, but said he did not know and he “THINKS” the property was in the right. Lucky for me before I signed the contracted papers.. I let the property know, I was seeking further consolation, and to my surprise the property corrected themselves and told me specifically they could not do what they wanted me to sign because it was illegal and The property corrected themselves on their behalf. No Thanks to your attorney, I was going to sign something that was not in my favor and illegal.

Going over financial qualification should be explained and verified before going over the details. Its draining enough telling your situation, then being told you don't qualify cause of income.

Never have helped with a single issue over a decade. I am referred to them constantly by outside referral sources but I am denied help every time. They take all of my confidential personal information over the phone, ask me to come into their office to sign documents, and then refuse to help me.

They returned calls in a timely manner. If something was beyond their control, they gave moderate respectful solutions without bad mouthing the other party.
