I would give 5 starts if the customer service was there but it has not been great. The lawyers are great a lot of my family including myself have been able to have successful outcome with the lawyer but their staff is horrible specially Mrs Maldonado she has no manners and makes it so difficult and treats people like if all of us are illiterate. The wait time is also super long she takes her sweet time and doesn’t even help she does a half way job. For a great lawyer like Mr. Peña he needs staff that matches his standards.

I see all different kind of reviews they are great I people that have. Had bad experience but I feel like if the representative and not to your like or you don't like the way they are treating you can look for a different attorney I liked there service and how they try to help as much as possible they're a very good agency
