Communication was extremely lacking . Was told one thing, then after reaching out to them in regards to the situation I was informed the attorney I originally worked with is no longer there and my file was closed . Never got anything from them saying that, was never explained that If I take the advice given that means your done and legal representation isn’t guaranteed. They need to explain their services they offer better to people. I wouldn’t trust them with anything serious.

January 11, 2023 @ 9:00am....recieved a returned call from this lady. Listen carefully: People can feel your insensitivity and lack of care for their situation over the phone. Couldn't even focus on what I initially called about...the loud uncaring talk did it for me. South Jersey you can do better, this is my 2nd time there, referred by court up street and more time waisted in a crucial situation.

Ms. Vanessa Gonzalez at SJ Legal Services in Mt. Holly, NJ is very professional and answered my questions referenced to drawing up a Will. Her staff was cordial with a smile on their face which means alot. I referred friends to this service and lastly I want to say Thank You for your service. SINCERELY, Linda Bauldock

Was given advice which was to ignore the filing then had a judgement against me now im being harrassed by debt lawyer and when i called back was told very rudely we already helped you,nothing else we can do.

Lady on the phone was very rude & not helpful at all... I don’t know if she was having a bad day and i really don’t care but customer serice skills should be worked on ❗️
