Art did a great job in my divorce & child custody case which was drug out for over 10 years by the other party. It was ridiculous & most attorneys would've walked away from it. He was compassionate towards me but a bulldog in court. Couldn't recommend him more.

Art is a complete con man! I hired art for help in a PO case. He took my money, had the plaintiff on the stand, asked the plaintiff if he had any proof the plaintiff said he had no proof. I had proof that showed the plaintiff was harassing me and Art decided not to use it once the plaintiff was caught in a lie. He didn't want to piss the judge off with my language is what he told me in the court room as all this played out. He is a con man or forgot wich side he was representing. I would not use this attorney due to his lack of Morals and Ethics.

BTW 2 of the 5 star ratings are his secretary and her husband. Mr South started out with enthusiasm about my case but soon started complaining how hard it would be to win. The only thing he did for my case was obtain two medical records. After 4 1/2 years of not returning phone calls, not keeping me informed and complaining how hard he had to work to represent you I settled for a verysvery fraction because he had basically given up. If you truly need help with a case, don't use Mr South. Your stress will multiply and you will waste years waiting on him to do something with your case

Was severely behind the power curve in keeping me informed. Every development in my divorce I found out through my wife. Did very little to argue against the absurd demands made of me. He went into my case planning to fail. Overall, good man, simply not a good communicator.

If I could give 0 🌟s, I would have. Wasted 2 hours of my family's life, took our $$$ and then called later to say he could not take the case due to some "personal conflict". Maybe he's lazy or maybe he didn't want to be exposed in a case where he could be exposed. Who knows? Just a poor way to conduct business, very unprofessional.
