"Dan" is not who you are looking for. Like most attorneys, it's about money. This law firm took my case against a nursing home in September 2023. "OH, yes! We'll take your case." I only spoke to "Dan" 3 times. I gave them all the video and written evidence against this facility. I, personally, fought FOIA to get an un-redacted report for over a year. The "Expert" decided "He couldn't prove injury." When asked if I had any questions, my reply should have been, "How do you sleep at night?" So, if your loved one is ABUSED in a nursing home, don't try to get them closed down. They are state facilities and get fined over and over and then re-sold.
