I would not recommend working with them in a real estate closing. Communication was very inconsistent. They kept $100 from my sale to pay the water bill, which is not uncommon. However, they never sent the money to the water company. I have no idea what they planned to do with the money. I had to beg and plead for them to send me the money to me or the water company. It took 47 days for me to receive the money that they should have sent on the day of closing or shortly thereafter.
