Sondra K. Alan is an exceptional attorney. She navigates the law carefully and adeptly. She has been immensely helpful to my family on a few occasions. We appreciate her time and effort.

Please save your money. They are only open 4 days a week , so the time is limited that you can have a spot. I prepaid my fees only to be told three times in one day that I would have to be bumped . As I am from out of state, this is very problematic. The first appointment was missed by the attorney . The receptionist made two more and proceeded to change and cancel those , even though they were days in advance . There is no priorities. There is no consumer related empathy, considering it is dealing with a death. It shows very little time management skills. I have downloaded the form to file an ethical complaint against this attorney, with the Bar Association. Save your money and go somewhere else because you will not be made a priority or anything close to it.
