She answered all my questions promptly and was very sincere whenever I was concerned about anything. Before coming to this office I had an attorney that came highly recommended and were actually substandard. Not the case with Social Security Lawyers of Nevada. I was originally assigned to Lindsay, but ended up corresponding with Shelley(I think) and Rachel primarily. Both were friendly and fast at returning calls. I never felt as though I was not a priority to them. As for Martin Muckleroy...this guy is an incredible attorney! Before my hearing he made me feel comfortable and confident in his ability to successfully prove my case. I only wish I had contacted this office when I originally filed. I was still denied after hiring Social Security Lawyers of Nevada, and was made to appear before an administrative law judge… The team was there every step of the way and answered all of my questions. Peter LaPray is a great lawyer and made me fill very comfortable through the very long and drawn out process. I was finally awarded a fully favorable decision! I worked with Martin Muckleroy here locally for all the paperwork and questions that I had. The only thing that I would say I was lacking in my case… Hearing prep! I appreciate the dedication and communication of Attorney Peter Lapray . He is willing to listen, and makes me feel he is committed to helping me have a successful verdict. After 3 years and appealing the entire process, they lost my case. I wanted to take the case to Federal Appeals and was willing to pay UPFRONT, but they don’t to that.
