We deeply regret using Socheat Chea for our immigration needs. The team is extremely unresponsive, disorganized, and consistently slow to file critical documents. They repeatedly forget about clients, neglect to send necessary forms, and give the impression that you are an afterthought rather than a priority. Communication is practically nonexistent, and every interaction feels frustratingly inefficient. This level of unprofessionalism has caused unnecessary stress and delays in our immigration process. Its a waste of time and $ 200 consulting fee. We can not ask whatever we want to know in deep details because he claims that is the part his assistant does it .Could have consult with his assistant instead of him . Its an hour long meeting but nothing new we learn from him.
