Unavailable by phone or in person. The biggest deception is the hours of operation, which are totally false. How can one be open from 8-5 when no one is available to answer the door or phone. It’s extremely frustrating. I think the 5-star ratings and glowing comments are fictional, as well. If you can choose another attorney, please make sure they are responsible and true to their advertised hours.
Mr Snow has done wills, POAs, healthcare directives for our whole family. He is great at explaining complicated situations and patient with questions. Very good guy. Recommend highly!
The hardest attorney to get in contact with about information. I've been expecting a return call since the 7th! I keep calling. His office staff is of no help. Sadly, this attorney is the one DCSS stuck us with.
I’ve been trying to get in touch with him for probably 7 years and when I finally get through he was suppose to call me back on Friday. Well that was at least one year ago if not two and Friday is still not here
