John Snider is amazing at real estate law. I've had a poor experience buying my house with another law firm. John helped my wife and I sell our house and we couldn't have been happier with the turnout. He was responsive with emails, texts, and phone calls. We never once had to track him down for information, he was right on top of it.... always. It was crucial that we had a reliable lawyer with excellent communication skills since we sold our house while out of state. He walked us through how to do the process remotely and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. He's extremely knowledgeable. John was our source of calm through not one, but two signed contracts to purchase a home! Our first was a signed intent to purchase in which the sellers filed for bankruptcy prior to putting their house for sale (YIKES!). This was an incredible amount of extra work for John and all of us included - he did not bill us even though he did a ton of legwork on the legality of the sale which ended up falling through. Our second contract is now officially our new home!!!!
