Called three times and was rushed off the phone and talked over every time. I understand a busy environment, but to be so rushed as to make people feel as if they're inconveniencing you while they're actively trying to pay you is pretty absurd.

Made buying and selling so much less stressful with their knowledgeable staff. They keep you informed and explain everything. Very nice people!!

WRONG WIRE TRANSFER and LENGTHY UNDERWRITING Please be cautious using Smith Title. We were due to close on selling our home November 14th. A document from the buyers was received November 11th that somehow pushed closing to November 18th. Fortunately, my family was still able to close on our new purchase on November 15th. Because of this change our funding did not come from closing on our sale. We filled out closing documents correctly with our personal account information for the wire funds, however, all funds from the sale were sent to the title company we closed with on our purchase. #1, Smith Title was only instructed to wire transfer the amount for down-payment and closing costs, the rest was always to go to a personal account. #2, Smith Title did not call anyone to verify receiver o
