I entrusted Tammy C. Smith with the task of handling three estates and drafting a last will and testament for my uncle on October 9th, 2023. Initially, I was optimistic about the quality of service I would receive, given her previous track record drafting a Power of Attorney and being recommended by another business associate. However, my experience with her practice has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. From the beginning, communication was lacking. Despite paying for the services upfront, I received vague updates when I reached out, with reassurances that Tammy was "working on it" or "looking at it." As time passed, my concerns grew, especially since I live 650 miles away from her office. In November, I started touching base, only to be met with the same lack of unclear update

Tammy and her staff was very nice and friendly. They handle my case and I had no problems. She isn’t a man hater, she believe in getting the job done and I didn’t have to wait to get a response. My experiences from other lawyers was a waste of time but with Tammy and her staff I didn’t have to wait a year or longer just for a divorce. Six months or less I’m divorced and very very happy and pleased with their services and I would strongly recommend Tammy and I would use her again

I’m Kathi Reed I hired Tammy because my ex husband walked out on me and then filed for divorce I was told she was very good .wrong !! .there was zero communication she didn’t do anything she said she was going to do in the beginning ..all about the money

Huge waste of time and money. If you need someone to represent you that will keep in contact and keep things moving; you should go somewhere else.

She is a tough lawyer. Known as a man hater. She usually wins her cases.
