I rarely, if ever feel compelled to write a review for a product or service. However, I was very impressed with all of Janelle Frederickson's legal expertise, competence, and thoroughness, she aptly displayed while helping my mother with her estate planning. Plus she is remarkably patient and very good at explaining complex legalese.

Redirected several times before being connected to this person. There is no way our conversation was over 30min if even 30min. So there must not be a free consult first to see if you can even take or there is a case?? Then a bill in the mail but no fee discussed beforehand when speaking with new or potential clients??? In this day and age most people except elderly write checks anymore so paying is even an inconvenience. If I ever need to consult or refer someone in the future, it will not be to this firm.

This law firm had the Southwest Quarter of Section 21 Center Township Richland County for sale to the public on private bids. My bid was submitted in time and even got a call from Janel Fredericksen on Friday November, 13th 2020 notifying me that I would be able to attend the land sale that next week. By Monday I had sent her my proof of financing and other contact information requested. By Monday evening she informed me that I was not invited to their office for public bidding with no specific reason given. The Wiggens family and the North Dakota State School of Science, who are the sellers of this land, are getting cheated out of the receiving fair price for this property. I was not given a fair opportunity to bid by Smith, Strege and Fredericksen Law Firm probably on account of them bei
