They are handling my moms POA, first off by law had to notify myself and a sibling that it was being filed and he did not notify either of us so we couldn’t be there for the original court date. My brother who got POA told me that they did it on purpose so I couldn’t fight it. There is abuse of my mother reported by medical facility against her care taker, yet nobody seems to find the records. Poor, poor, service, if you have the money he will get you what you want, when John Martin Smith, his dad was alive and represented me he was wonderful. What a legacy he has destroyed with laziness and lack of integrity. If you have a bad experience file it with the Indiana Bar Association, especially when they don’t follow the laws, like in my mom’s case. They are not untouchable. I hope my review
