Found Mr. Smith to be very engaging, sharp and very personable - Very efficient and explained each step of our closing and paperwork in detail. I enjoyed his broader topics of discussion through the process ( architecture and such ) and his focus to detail on the closing of our home. I enjoyed that he wasn't your typical business-only dry lawyer going through the steps. I would recommend his services with 5 Stars.
