Smith Bigman Brock

Progressive hired Smith Bigman Brock to handle a lawsuit stemming from an accident. Elizabeth Myers was the attorney assigned to our case and from the initial phone call with her we felt we were in capable hands. Over the course of the case she kept us informed, and frankly, at ease with the process. The lawsuit ended up being dropped and we credit that to her preparedness to challenge or refute everything the other party tried enact/claim. While the case did not go to trial, we were confident in a favorable outcome if it had with Ms Myers at the helm.

Horrible. The day of our pre- hearing meeting nothing happened as I was told would happen . My attorney came in like a scared little girl and acted as if I had done something wrong when I told her everything! She ran back and forth to my ex and his attorney making agreements. She then removed the corporation as my attorney! I knew she was no longer wanting to represent me unless I paid more. But removed the entire corporation . Smh I don’t even know what to think, her dad represented me for years and this was handled badly. My ex abandoned his child and I was treated like i did the wrong! Not what an attorney is paid to do.

The Smiths have been incredibly helpful to my family and I for years and years. They practice professionally, carefully, and swiftly. You get what you pay for and they are absolutely worth it. I had called a dozen local attorneys offices trying to schedule a consultation without getting anyone to book an appointment or any kind of help this morning. The receptionist was welcoming and polite. She listened to my question and got me transfered right over to Hunter, who I thought was going to set up a time at a later date. She took the time to go over my concerns, explain what steps to take and what I needed to do in order to get my issue addressed. I was so frustrated and feeling defeated after hours trying to just speak to someone or make an appointment unsuccessfully. I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful and caring she was during our conversation. Thank you Hunter for showing me there are people that actually care in this world.
