July 2014 - I try contacting SPL about questions I have about a paying off a lien from an HOA. I leave several messages for Katy Pugh, which is the only number on the letter saying I owe them money. No communication back. This continues through October. At this point, I have left double digit messages. Finally, in October, I email Adam Pugh, which I am guessing is in relation to Slater Pugh, and get a response back from Katy Sportsman, which I assume is the secretary or paralegal. I have a ton of questions about the charges, but it has been so difficult to get any communication back, I end up just submitting full payment that very week.
