I’m very new to estate planning and heard great things about this law office. As soon as the receptionist picked up the phone the tone was as if I bothered her. I continued to ask about the process and she snickered and made me feel like I shouldn’t of even been calling. As someone who is willing to pay a lot of money so my estate is planned properly this receptionist ruined that chance of me using that office. I felt absolutely awful.

Attorney Keri Welch neglected my case, missing a court deadline to file an objection to a defendant's request for dismissal. In addition, Ms Welch, as well as her boss, law firm owner Karyn Cumberland, failed to send me the official court documents until 3 weeks after the court had issued the dismissal, which was past the court allowed 10 days to submit a motion for reconsideration. I had to chase them to send me the court documents, as they ran out the clock on the 10 day window to submit a motion for reconsideration.
