We needed to update our trust and related documents. We worked with Karyn Cumberland. She and her team prepared the documents completely, offering good advice as the modifications we needed to make to bring our existing trust in compliance with Florida law. Thet were quick and efficient.
Very terrible communication and execution on a land contract. The money to close was wired on 11.5.25 to their firm, and they will not return voice messages and have hung up on us twice when the wire is mentioned. Steer clear of these guys, looking to hire an attorney against them if this continues.
