I know Mr Chan for many years and I can tell you, I always had great experiences with him. He is very courteous and professional, always accommodating. He often takes time to give me extra advice for different issues and when I need a lawyer for something he doesn't practice, he gladly recommends somebody, equally as nice and professional. Highly recommend retaining him!

Siupo is excellent at what he does. He has done a number of leases with me and helped me work through countless landlord issues. I can not recommend him enough.

tldr: Siupo Chan does not mind doing something a bit shady to make a little money. He could have told me that tenant eviction is not his specialty on the first phone call. I was looking for an attorney for a tenant eviction case, and was referred to this firm by a friend. Upon knowing my situation Siupo asks for $150 for 30 minutes consultation. I paid and he went through my lease giving some vague suggestions here and there, and only told me in the end that I should go see an attorney that does this full time (Apparently eviction is so common there are lawyers doing it in batch). I then had to find another attorney, and this one kicked the tenant out without even seeing the lease. I gave 2-star just because at least he tells the truth in the end.

Siupo Chan is very knowledgeable and professional, helped me a lot on my case.I’ll definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Don’t hire siupo chen as your attorney. He is not professional at all! He would not help you resolve the issues. What he cares is all about money. He will let you pay him but after you pay him he will not do anything professional. Don’t hire him.
