Sinkkanen Dreama D

When I got the order telling me that I was appointed Dreama Sinnkanen I was so relieved. I thought I was going to get help finally. I was wrong! I'm not sure how many times I've called her office begging to see her or talk about my case. I have never gotten a call back. She's been on my case since October 3rd. She completely FAILED to represent me AT ALL in my November 5th status hearing. She's made zero effort to set up any kind of communication with my child even though they are 100% aware that my rights have never been taken and my ex hasn't let me see him in over 8 years. But that doesn't matter to her or anyone else in Harrison County CourtHouse! This woman should seriously disbarred!!! I'm filing a complaint against her but I'm nothing will happen. After reading all the negative reviews I will let my 5-Star review stand until I find out otherwise, how effective and efficient Attorney Sinkkaren really is. I will find out on January 15, 2025. Looking for a favorable outcome for a family member.

Do not put your freedom in this womans hands. This lady just goes through the motions. She is on lazy auto pilot. She isn't interested in anything but doing what is the easiest for her. When you call her office, good luck. Her asst. Seemed more concerned then Dreama every was. She is very poor on communication and options and follow up. I had to basically do her job acquiring court documents, videos, recordings of calls, and never contacted me on up coming court dates until she continues them for her purposes. The plantif against me was dismissed or stepped down due to ethical issues, when I emailed this information I received an attitude as if I was making it up and didn't even follow up. It took a year before the magistrate themselves dismissed the case.

I would have given her 0 stars if that was a possibility. She does not communicate with you. It is even hard to be able to talk to her secretary. She does not fight for you but I guess that's why she is a public pretender, I mean defender. If you are appointed her, I would highly suggest looking into getting someone else or your case will be drug out as long as she can.

She never call or fight for you hand down the worst attorney in the state of WV. I should have listened and fired her from the beginning. Now I can’t even talk to her to fire her
