Mrs. Sinclair was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Shauna is good. You can tell she has extensive experience in family law and she knows what she's doing. However, you will be nickle and dimed for everything. I have paid double the retainer for child custody and I haven't set foot in a courtroom. It's all been emails and a couple calls. You're charged for every email sent to you or anyone in opposing counsel, every 2 minute call to tell you they sent you an email, every call to the other party, every file they "save" to your profile, and then every email they send you of those files. If your case does not have an active court date coming up, you will probably be forgotten about until you say something, which of course will cost you money to do so.
