When I met with Sims & Campbell initially to discuss probating my brother's estate, we thought that it would be a straight forward process. As we moved through the process, there were roadblocks thrown at us. Sims & Campbell guided me through each one with complete success. The lawyer who drafted my will volunteered me the information, when I went to see her about changing my Will, that Maryland had a new status law of Domestic Partner as an alternative to marriage, which, for financial and other reasons (including hospital visitations, automatic transfer of home ownership to Domestic Partner upon death, etc.) is very convenient. It was easy for my significant other and me to go through the process. I thank Simms & Campbell and their staff and commented d them for their helpfulness, knowledge and advocacy.

Just the best ! 6 stars. They took old trusts done by another firm - really bad and they totally re-drew the whole (multiple) trusts to our specs and were 100% in explaining it all. Jane even went to nYC to visit with my mother to explain things. Invaluable. Service way beyond the call of duty!!
