DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM! As someone who had a different law firm to assist with closing when I purchased my home - let me advise you that you DO NOT have to tolerate the kind of unprofessional and inconsiderate service you will receive at Simpson and Simpson. When selling my house I was forced to interact with this firm because it was the buyer's choice. However, I would have not chosen such an unprofessional and disorganized firm to handle closing on a house. The paralegal there is incompetent and genuinely rude. Even despite having to pay a $130 fee to their firm, the paralegal handling the transaction refused to answer any questions I had and maintained a hateful and dismissive attitude towards me throughout the process. They are rude, condescending and don't return phone calls. They have the attitude that they are doing you a favor.... never again... ever will I use or refer this firm.
