Stopped answering phone calls/emails after a couple of months through ny divorce and custody. Jimmy sent an email saying he was leaving the firm and handed the case over to someone else. They also stopped answering the phone and the receptionists were awful. Not only a waste of money but screwed me in the end with the custody case.

Jessie Garrison took my case, kept me well updated throughout, handled everything professionally with care and looked out for the best interest of my son. She helped me to reach an agreement with my son's mother, and I am happy with the visitation and custody we could get established. Jimmy sucks don't care about his cases go else where

Hired mr Simpson 2 years ago for a case on my fathers estate. He has not closed the case as of yet and will not return my calls. Paid 2500$ and got an invoice for 1100$ used out of it. I do not recommend this firm.

No worries you can hire them AGAIN to do that instead of it just being as part of the divorce as ANY other lawyer in town will do. If you enjoy throwing money in the trash hire James Simpson! Total joke.
