I received poor service from this firm twice. First when drafting a deal to sell my business and then again when it was time to close the sale. Telephone calls and emails took days to receive a response back. Nearly EVERY deadline set by the attorney HIMSELF was missed and of course no communication to let me know unless I initiated it. When the final bill came I had a few questions so I called. Several days later I received a call back. The attorney said he would look into it and call me back the next day. Instead I received a long email (not the return phone call I was told I would receive) the following week defending their billing and stating they were $100 per hour less than their competitors.
