My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Chris and his team on our most recent home purchase. This is our second house, and I can truly say that the experience with Chris was phenomenal. Closing was an absolute breeze, and we actually had fun doing it (not something I would normally say about hours in a conference room signing papers). In addition, Chris went the extra mile in explaining every document, including setting us up with options that are not required of him but certainly rendered our purchase even more secure.
