My father sat in jail over 2 weeks before his case was even touched. No bond hearing was ever set and during this time he lost his house he was renting from sitting in jail with no bond. You better hope shes not your only hope of getting out of jail even if you are an innocent man. Angie was very short with me when we did speak and didnt provide me with any information what so ever. A lawyer is supposed to fight for you not let you sit in jail through Christmas.

I would give Angi zero stars, but I can't. If you're going for a GAL that actually listens to you and the child/children involved in your custody case, request someone else. She took nothing said to her seriously and was more worried about what was "fair" to the parents than what was best for the kids. Luckily the judge (two actually) saw the truth for what I was and didn't listen to her. I'm sure she makes a FANTASTIC defense attorney and truthfully, I'd probably hire her for that. But don't expect much from her as a GAL. She will force "recommendations" with the threat of an emergency pre-trial to make you do what she thinks is "best". She will pretend to listen and then do exactly the opposite of what she said (there's ample proof of this in writing). I can go on and on, but the bottom

Felt like I had to pull teeth to get any clear and constant communication. Couldn’t even get a text back the day before court. Didn’t really know the exact details of the plea deal I was signing until the day of. The court date got pushed twice, one due to her not showing. I never found the reason as she never even brought it up or apologized. Could have been done and over with it all long before now. Definitely left a lot to be desired.

Absolutely the WORST lawyer available. Didn't care or knowledgeable of case before court. Do yourself a favor and fork out the money for a good lawyer, cause this agency doesn't give a flip about you or your case. Wow, and our tax dollars pay for this incompetency. Hope you sleep well at night you vultures.
