Fred took care of my legal issue but was very unresponsive and unsupportive during the process. There were times where it took him days to respond to an email, and at least a couple of times where I had to make multiple follow up emails or calls to get his attention. I felt very alone during the process. I’m satisfied with the outcome of my legal issue but was very dissatisfied with the service I received. Edit to add: After I wrote this review, Fred emailed me in a sad attempt to dispute it. It felt like a childish end to a childish experience. My opinion stands: this guy provided me with bad service and I would never rely on him for anything again.
