Simmons Edward B

Never in office or returns calls. The clients he represents in jail he never contacts .I have a family member in jail that has had no court date and has been in county jail for almost 3 years. I have called this man and I have also called the court house just getting a run around.

I’ve tried to contact Attorney Edward B. Simmons business and personally. He never returns my call. I’m aware there is an pandemic and low staffing . Very unprofessional. At least warrant a return call and speak with us. I would hate to know how he would feel if he had an emergency and had to call someone and no one returned his call. It’s been Six(6) months. I can only imagine and guess that he is elderly and about to retire and isn’t concerned about his clients .

I have called Mr.Simmons numerous times about property that was left by my father and have had no return call. I feel like he's dodging my calls. Very unprofessional, I cant imagine why my father would have done business with someone whose this unprofessional.

I have used Mr. Simmons twice for business property purchases and have just retained him for a personal property. He is fast, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He is someone you can trust!
