My experience with this firm, and in particular attorney Nicole Cook, was deeply concerning. In my opinion, there was a noticeable reluctance to engage with or even acknowledge serious concerns about fairness and due process within the Lee County family court system, specifically Judge misconduct. Rather than supporting efforts to protect families and children from potentially unjust outcomes, I felt the firm’s actions contributed to a process that prioritizes procedural routine over parental and civil rights. Families navigating the court system deserve advocates who challenge injustice, not those who seem indifferent to it. Gus and all of the attorneys at this Firm are excellent. I have been a client since around 2012 and throughout these years, Gus has represented me in several family law matters (Modification of Custody/Support, Minor Child Name Change, Injunction and Establishing Paternity/Support).
