This office is extremely unprofessional. I gave 1 star because that's what I had to give to type this message. I called to pay in full an account that I take full responsibility for. I was put on hold on two different occasions by two different representatives of this place with no notice. No hold on, hold please, just asked for some information that was provided by myself & then hold music. When the third person came to the line he/she was short, rude and had an aggressive, aggravated tone. I then asked If I did anything wrong because I didn't deserve this etiquette or lack thereof. I could not complete the call so I met them on there obvious level and hung up the phone.

File bankruptcy if you can’t pay, sue them if they contact you after filing. If you feel as though they’re harassing you with calls and emails in regards to a collection, file complaints against them to the appropriate federal agency. Then file a suite in federal court for violation of fairness when trying to collect a debt. Simple 🙃

Worst place ever, been dealing with this company for over 2 years ans they still continue to be RUDE. They will constantly call you about your bill and especially if you're missing a payment but they definitely can't get back with you when you call or email about important issues. For 2 years beem going through this, bad communication from the start !

The staff and Cedric were pleasant and knowledgeable. Cedric explained every step of the process and worked with me to get me up to speed. They were very accommodating and worked with my situation to keep me on track to clear up my account.

If I could Id give this place 0. Eric Washington is the rudest most disrespectful person Ive ever encountered and every receptionist is no different. The fact that I gave this place any of my money to begin with insane. He told me watch my tone after I asked him to let me finish what I was saying lol. Tough talking clients must be in the training manual. If they hate their lives so much, why work there? I didnt force you to spend 2/3 of your life in an office because you refused to finish school
