Opened an LLC and chose this business as my resident agent. The process was simple and easy most of it explained on line and through email including forms and creation. The cost is fair and the Attorney has been in business for 20 years plus.

They entered the wrong name as the Manager and refused to fix it. I was told they would enter the name of the manager but they spelled it wrong. They told me i would have to pay 175 dollars to fix their error. Refused to help me fix their error. Say a way form this company!
