I’m giving two stars instead of one because the firm responded to my inquiry promptly and referred me to another attorney when Patricia Sigman was unavailable due to trial, which I do appreciate. That said, my overall experience was frustrating, especially because of my interaction with Susan, the legal assistant. While trying to explain important context related to my case, Susan repeatedly interrupted me mid-sentence to say she “didn’t need to know that.” Only to then ask follow-up questions about the very things she dismissed. I found myself having to say, “Had you not cut me off the first time, you’d already have the information you’re now asking for.” It felt disorganized and, frankly, condescending.
