I recently dealt with Sierra Crest Law Group, specifically attorney Alison Kertis, in connection with a Federal Lawsuit I filed against Washoe County and Build Our Center. While Washoe County filed a timely response, Build Our Center did not, prompting me to file for default judgment. 14 minutes after I submitted my documents, Michael Large, representing Washoe County, sent an "FYI" to Alison Kertis, despite her not having yet filed a notice of appearance in the case.
