I hired Paul and another attorney in 2018-2019 due to me getting into a shoddy real estate deal, due to delays and other communication issues I had to due to short sale , we went into litigation regarding the real estate deal and I have been trying to reach Paul ever since, I have numerous emails and text messages and outreaches and he does not follow up or follow through, claims he will call and never does, set ups meeting never attends, lies and says the case if still postponed but yet he postponed it and didn’t inform me of dates etc . The terror goes on . I basically lost my home and case was never processed the way it needed to be due to Paul not being effective and following through. I first met Paul about 15 years ago, when I was waiting in line to try to fight a traffic ticket at the courthouse. Handled a part of my case just fine. He lobbied me and the judge for the opportunity to complete the collection portion (court transcripts) of my case and then ghosted me. I left messages at his office with no return call, sent emails and no reply. I only heard from him when I informed his staff I was lodging a formal complaint with the NJ Bar Association (was waiting on transcripts) to prove he said he would continue to handle my case, an agreement before the Judge.
