A lack of professionalism and ethics to say the least. My mom was involved in a car accident in July of last year. She did everything they asked and Salome (a paralegal) advised her that they would contact her as the case progressed. 6 months went by and not a single call or letter. My mom proceeded to go multiple occasions in person and no one bothered to answer the door. She called extensively (leaving voice mail after voice mail) and no one bothered to return a call.
