I was referred to Heidi Isenhart by two separate offices. I met with Heidi and was blown away by her knowledge, kindness, and professionalism. I shared my very complex story with her, and she provided me with very explicit answers. Florida statutes can be difficult to digest - Heidi put everything in layman’s terms and gave me a very clear path forward. She was extremely compassionate and asked all the right questions. I’m happy that I chose this office.

STAY AWAY! Don't talk to anyone on the phone. I spoke with someone for about 20 minutes and now I've been getting billed in the mail and by email for over a year to collect $300. I don't even know who I spoke with it's not on the invoice. - I was never told the person I was going to speak with charges $300 per hour. - I never signed anything How hard is it to have a automatic prompt before the call that says this time will be billed. At that point I would have just hung up the call and moved on. Or maybe an email. Or maybe just have the front desk assistant just say this time will be billed at $300 per hour. I spoke with the billing department and they said the bill belongs to the attorney I spoke with so I had to ask them to waive the fee. I asked to be transferred and got a voicema

These lawyers fed me, all kinds of things I wanted to hear, so I hired them. 5,000 dollars later nothing had been done at all, and on top of that all the things I was told before were being said differently now! They were condescending in emails and everything, I really dont think it would be possible to be worse than this business, so dont get caught by them like I did, that's why these reviews exist!

Speaking with Stephanie Cook was a nightmare. She was uninterested in my case and wanted a $7,500.00 for a retainer just to answer questions. She told me that I didnt have an interest in my sister's guardian case. This is so untrue because I'm listed on court records and have court ordered visitation rights to my sister. Stephanie was very condescending on everything I presented to her. She stated that it wouldnt make a difference. I've not ever spoken to an uncaring person as I did with this person. Also, if you request another Attorney at their Law Firm you wont be able too. Its all about what Stephanie says because she is a Partner/Owner of the company. Apparently, she turned my case down. So please believe the rating reviews.
