This man just dropped a case he was paid a $7500 retainer and no progress was ever made in 15 months. He withdrew from the case and didn’t notify the client until 30 days after. This was highly unprofessional. Do not retain him.

I feel Jay is not fully vested or understand his clients and what they are going through. I don't care how much money you give and you could have paid your fee in full, before you go to court, Jay is going to ask for more money. He will not negotiate with the DA. What they say he goes along with them and he does not investigate your case Please don't go to trial with this man. He's afraid to object, you are supposed to get evidence before the trial. Well we got ours right before the jurors walked in. He does not have the backbone to be aggressive and fight for his clients. He did not keep any notes about the trial nor the jurors.
