Shochet Law Group

Randy Shochet is a very respected lawyer in my opinion. I'm reading some of these other reviews and to me they make no sense. Randy took my case on as a probono case a few years ago due to me being a single mother with no family and barely making ends meet. He answers EVERY phone call or text I send him. Even if he is in court I get a call back saying he's in court and will call when he's out and he always calls back. He has helped me out tremendously in the past and won my case and now again I need an attorney for a similar case and he is who I called. He has all my faith in my current case and I'm proud to say Randy Shochet is my attorney now and I trust him to the fullest. I promise he is amazing and he will work your case to the fullest. If you need an attorney this guy is who to call.

Absolutely zero communication, ended up talking to my insurance myself and getting the issue resolved and notified him his services weren't needed, he proceeded to immediately submit paperwork like he did ANYTHING and then requested payment even though he didn't even notify my insurance he was representing me until AFTER I resolved the issue myself. Avoid snake lawyers like this, unacceptable behavior. If you want to do your own research, he has disciplinary history with the Florida bar association, there are better options.

Randy Shochet maybe a lawyer but he’s DEFINITELY not a people person; he’s brash, argumentative, impolite and blames all of his miscomings on his staff. That might sound good if he was that way towards other lawyers but it’s not - it’s all towards his clients. I ought to know because I had to deal with him for years on my claim. Each time I called to see where I was on my claim, I got all of the above. Avoid this man.!

Was trying to get an insurance claim resolved and they never got in contact with me. For almost 2 years i had to get in contact with them and all they said was ohh give me more time. First is was “we’ll get it resolved in 6 months, then 4 more then more and more”. They probably were not even woking on my case. Insurance claim for a new roof should not take that long to resolve. No professionalism at all, cancelled most of my appointment so i had to reschedule them. I would not hear a call back for a month, month and a half and this was mostly every appointment. Very very unprofessional.

Randy and his team were great in helping us achieve the outcome we were looking for. He's incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of home owners insurance law and really took our case to a positive conclusion despite every delay tactic thrown at him.
