What an amazing experience. My husband and I had been so overwhelmed with estate planning and Brad and Jay made it such an easy and welcoming process. My wife and I were in the middle of planning our trust agreement with Jay when my brother-in-law passed away suddenly. Jay helped us get through the probate process as my brother-in-law did not leave a will. We then switched gears and finished our trust with Jay. UPDATE - to correct your statements below. We had an initial call and from there, Brad told me he had to confirm with the laweyer that was not in office that day. From that point, I never received a call back or follow up to my 2 or 3 additional calls and that is why we decided to go in person. After we saw the treatment from the front office we decided to get a different lawyer since I contacted you before flying to New York and did not receive 1 call back aside from Thursday when we went personally due to your lack of response. Had an urgent matter with a deceased parent. This office made me and my family waste precious time by not saying clearly they were not interested in the case or it doesn’t meet their monetary standards. Very bad experience me and my family had with this office. This was regarding my deceased parent; you guys barely responded our calls, left us hanging in there, did not gave any type of basic response, made us waste our time on an urgent matter; we even had to go in person, and even there you stated that you were busy. Instead of just clarifying certain questions we had from the beginning, to avoid all of the wasted time and effort, since it was also an emergency. What a poor and inhumane treatment, very unprofessional, with a huge lack of work ethic.
