Both seller and buyer have been waiting TWO WEEKS for Mr Sherwood to get the paper work together for a closing! The buyer’s lawyer has the email from Mr Sherwood saying the information was sent two weeks. It hadn’t been and the seller finally questioned his attorney, Mr Sherwood, to find out he lied. He sent it TODAY. Both buyer and seller have realized Sherwood is not the correct choice for closings.
