Submitted an entire report to the courts full of lies, misinformation and facts of abuse. No new reports made to CPS about newly disclosed abuse that happened to my child. Looked me straight in the eyes and told me my child wasn’t being sexually abused, even though right there on the paperwork I had in my hand it stated “attempted vaginal penetration”. Courts refuse to hear me or appoint a new GAL.
Mr. Jacobs was such an amazing attorney to work with. He really took the time to hear out all of the details of my case and was more than honest about the potential outcome. Mr. Jacobs is very knowledgeable, professional, assertive, and transparent when it comes to representing his clients. 10/10 would recommend!
