Unprofessional and unresponsive. Contacted them on a Thursday regarding an urgent and serious matter. Spoke to Erica Wolff on Friday letting her know how urgent it was, who said she’d review the files I sent on Monday. I had to send emails for updates only to find out 5 days later in an email I received on a Wednesday that “Unfortunately, we are not able to assist you on this matter. Maybe if my name was Diddy and not just a regular citizen looking for justice, they would have represented me.
