Even as a cold call on my part, I was able to get a few minute consultation by phone over a few very simple and straightforward questions with an actual attorney. Admittedly my need was basic and simple, but the abilty to get any phone time, on a first contact, with a nearly nonexistent wait time, is difficult to overstate, imo. I was given clear general information and my questions were answered to my satisfaction. The approximately 5-10 minute gave me exactly what I needed to proceed where I had been confused and unsure before.
