I think it's important to point out that Yelp is not the place to look for a lawyer. Choosing the right lawyer to represent you is a complex and very individualized experience. The only thing that choosing a lawyer and deciding where to go to dinner have in common is that the process might start with a personal recommendation from someone you know and trust. That said, Shepherd & Allen have handled our occasional legal needs for a dozen years now. I have learned to confide in, seek advice from and trust this law firm to handle legal matters for us without reservation. Sometimes, the advice I receive is not what I want to hear, but I know it is honest, practical advice intended to protect my best interests. Bethany Allen is incompetent and does not look out for her clients best interests. She is not honest with her clients. She tells you one thing in the initial consultation and does not follow through. She was the attorney for two of my friends and my daughter all at the same time. All of these women had horrible outcomes. I can see one bad outcone, but all three, something is wrong.
