This was a very poor experience. I sought help after my mom died. She had a trust. I spent at least a year being called into Sheldon’s office with zero results. There wasn’t even one paper filed with the county to indicate change of ownership. Any thing that was filed, I had to do myself.

Hired doug hadley, sheldons son, to handle a real estate matter. Words can't accurately convey how unimpressed I was with him. I will never seek his service again nor will I recommend him under any circumstance. As a matter of fact, I'm telling all of my friends about my experience with him.

Super biased against helping tenants in legal issues. If your a landlord they will help you evict someone but if your a tenant they won't help you our your family from being evicted
